Recently I listen those two songs all the time.
First is Korean band MBLAQ -song called "Stay". The mv of that song is amazing. I only knew their song "Running & Running" from drama "Fugitive: Plan B", but now I also love this song.
The second song is new song of Park Jung Min ( guy from SS501). Song is called "Not alone" - it's really great song to dance.
